You are cordially invited to the Lambeth GP Food Co-op project launch

The Lambeth GP Food Co-op wanted us to share with you, an invite to their brilliant sustainability project launch:

“As our contribution to the National NHS Sustainability Day, we are delighted to confirm that we will be launching the Lambeth GP Food Co-op at Kings College hospital NHS Trust and Corner Surgery and would welcome you joining us if you can.

We will be launching the project in the Jenny Lee House gardens from 12.30 to 1.30pm at a lunch time event which we hope many of you will be able to pop over and join us if only for a short while.

This is an informal event and we hope it will be an opportunity for you to meet patients and staff from the Lambeth GP Food Co-op and our supporting partners. If the weather permits, we will be planting our first seeds to inaugurate the food growing project in this beautiful location.

The Lambeth GP Food Co-op consists of a borough-wide network of GP surgeries. The launch on Thursday 26th March is a unique collaboration between an acute hospital, a GP surgery and the Lambeth GP Food Co-op to engage patients in food growing activity on hospital grounds.

Light refreshments will be available. We look forward to welcoming you on Thursday the 26th March.”
