RE:FIT – scheme to improve energy efficiency of public sector buildings

RE:FIT – scheme offers organisations support to improve the energy efficiency of public sector buildings.

It is a national scheme that improves the energy efficiency of existing public sector buildings, to cut costs, achieve substantial guaranteed energy savings, typically about 28 per cent a year, and reduce carbon emissions.

Local Partnerships, working with Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC), is building on the success of the London  RE:FIT scheme to support public sector organisations outside London implement RE:FIT across their buildings portfolio.
