Procuring goods and services in an environmentally and socially responsible manner is a useful way to reduce an organisation’s sustainability impacts and a key commitment for the Health and Care sector. It is not always clear, however, where responsibility lies/should lie with regard to sustainable procurement decisions. The SDU is conducting a very short survey to establish what the system’s expectation/anticipation is with regards to ownership when embedding sustainability into procurement. Please answer the five questions to the best of your knowledge. Your responses will be strictly confidential and will help us shape our support towards the health and care system.
Your views will help the SDU gain a better understanding of how we can support you to work with supply chain organisations. A summary of responses will be published in the new year.
